In India there are two monthly plans: Incoming calls at ₹3,000 a month, and Incoming + outgoing calls at ₹9,000 a month. On both, phone calls cost 50 paise per 30 seconds. All prices include GST. The AI itself runs on your own Google AI Studio key, and Google bills that usage to you.
From your prepaid wallet. When you choose a plan, the first month’s fee is taken from your wallet, and each month after that it renews from your wallet on the same date. You can switch renewal off at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Calls only go through while there is credit in your wallet. If the wallet cannot cover the monthly fee on the renewal date, phone calls stop until you top up, and the plan then renews by itself. The dashboard warns you before your credit runs low.
Yes. When you upgrade to Incoming + outgoing calls, you pay the difference for the rest of the current month and can start calling lead lists straight away. When you move to a smaller plan, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
Per started 30 seconds, at 50 paise for calls in India. A call of 65 seconds counts as three 30-second blocks, so it costs ₹1.50. Calls nobody answers are not charged, and talking to your agent in the browser is free.
Yes. ₹3,000, ₹9,000 and 50 paise are the full amounts, GST included. When you top up your wallet, the amount you pay is the credit you get.
Yes. Create an account, connect your Google AI Studio key, set up your agent and talk to it in your browser for free. You only need a plan when your agent starts taking or making phone calls.
